12- Egg Cartons - Red / Brown Design Custom Name Print

Our custom name printed egg cartons offer a personalized and unique packaging solution for your eggs. With the ability to print your information on one of our basic printed designs, you can provide a personalized touch for your customers or create special packaging for events or occasions.

Typical information you can include:

•Farm name
•Location (city/state)
•Contact information
•Any other relevant short information.  

Note: the more information you add, the smaller the font must be to fit the available print area.  For best readability, we recommend keeping the text concise.  

How custom printing works

Step 1 – Share your idea
Tell us how you sell your eggs today (farm stand, markets, retail, wholesale) and what you would like your carton to communicate.

Step 2 – Send your artwork (if applicable)
We work with vector artwork files (such as AI, EPS or editable PDF) to help ensure your logo and graphics print clearly on molded fiber. If you need support, we can provide a basic template for your designer to use.

Step 3 – Review and approve
Our team prepares a digital proof so you can confirm layout and information before we print. This is your chance to check branding, spelling, and any statements you need to include.

Step 4 – Production and delivery
Once you approve the proof, we schedule your custom print run and ship your cartons from our Zellwood operation according to the agreed lead time.

Regulatory responsibility

Custom print allows you the opportunity to include all the information required in your market, such as safe handling instructions, refrigeration reminders, nutrition information and any state- or region-specific labeling requirements.  
We can help position this information on the carton, but you are responsible for confirming your local egg labeling regulations and ensuring your artwork includes everything required where you sell.
The base printed design includes safe handling, refrigeration, and nutrition instructions. 

One-time set-up fee  

If this is your first time ordering a custom print with us, or if you need to make any changes to an existing design on file, please make sure to select the First Time Setup Fee option after choosing your quantity.  
If you are reordering a design with no changes, the First Time Setup Fee does not need to be added.   

Lead Time

Typical lead time: Seven to 30 business days after the digital proof is approved, or seven to 30 business days from reorder of existing designs, dependent on volume and schedule.

Artwork and digital proof

After we receive your email with the order details:
•Our team will prepare a digital proof showing how your text (and logo, if applicable) will appear on the carton. 
•We will send your proof by email within two business days
•You will review the proof and provide approval or reply with any required changes.
