Custom Printed

Custom printed egg cartons help you brand your product.  

1. Custom Name Print (available on this site)

Minimum order: 560 cartons (4 cases)

This is the only custom print option available for online ordering. 

Custom Name Print lets you add your farm details to our molded fiber egg cartons without doing a full custom design.  We currently offer four Custom Name Print options: 

A. Custom name on base printed designs (3 options)
Three of the options are based on our existing printed carton designs.  With these options:
• You choose one of the three printed designs. 
• Your farm information (name and other details) is printed on the top sections in the area shown on each product page.
• Your information is printed using the corresponding ink color shown for that option to maintain a consistent look with the base design.

Typical information you can include:

• Farm name
• Location (city/state)
• Contact information
• Any other relevant short information  

Note: the more information you add, the smaller the font must be to fit the available print area.  For best readability, we recommend keeping the text concise.  

Each product page shows:

• The base printed design
• The location of your custom text
• The ink color that will be used for your information
• Pricing by quantity tier.  

B. One-Color print on non-printed cartons
A fourth option is a one-color print on non-printed cartons:

• Your information is printed on the top section only of a plain molded fiber carton
• You choose one ink color from: brown, black, blue, green, or red 
• This option is ideal if you prefer a simpler, one-color look on a non-printed carton 

Product shows:

• Placement of your text on the lid.
• Pricing by quantity tier 

Lead time

For all Custom Name Print options ordered online, typical lead time is seven to 30 business days after the digital proof is approved or seven to 30 business days for reorders.  

2. Additional custom services (available by email)

The following services are not available for online checkout.

To use these options, customers must contact us by email for a quote and next steps.

Fully custom printed cartons (Not available to order on the website)

Fully custom printed cartons are designed for regional brands and structured programs that need a unique, fully branded design.

• Minimum starts at 4,480 egg cartons (1 pallet) per SKU.
• Custom artwork layout within our print capabilities
• Pricing, volumes and lead times handled by quote

Labeled carton programs (available by email)

Labeled carton programs use full-color labels sized to our molded fiber cartons, applied as part of a larger program. This option is best for higher-volume or multi-SKU brands.

• Typically start at six pallets per SKU
• Artwork, pricing and schedule handled by quote
• Lead time typically 30–45 business days after artwork is approved, depending on label production and packaging schedule

How custom printing works (for all custom options)

Step 1 – Share your idea
Tell us how you sell your eggs today (farm stand, markets, retail, wholesale) and what you’d like your carton to communicate.
Step 2 – Send your artwork
We work with vector artwork files (such as AI, EPS or editable PDF) to help ensure your logo and graphics print clearly on molded fiber. If you need support, we can provide a basic template for your designer to use.
Step 3 – Review and approve
Our team prepares a digital proof so you can confirm layout and information before we print. This is your chance to check branding, spelling, and any statements you need to include.
Step 4 – Production and delivery
Once you approve the proof, we schedule your custom print run and ship your cartons from our Zellwood operation according to the agreed lead time.

Regulatory responsibility

Custom printed and labeled cartons give you the opportunity to include all the information required in your market, such as safe handling instructions, refrigeration reminders, nutrition information and any state- or region-specific labeling requirements.
We can help position this information on the carton, but you are responsible for confirming your local egg labeling regulations and making sure your artwork includes everything required where you sell.
